Policies 

Punctuality

Classes begin on time.  Please arrive a few minutes early to allow you and your child time to get settled in.  Late arrivals will be accepted occasionally but frequent lateness may result in your being asked to move to another class which better suits your schedule. Please move out into the common areas promptly once the lesson is completed in order to make way for the following class. 

Attendance

Regular attendance is extremely important for your child's success. Missing class frequently will result in your child falling behind the other students. If you are unable to attend your class please notify your teacher.  Your teacher will fax or mail your child's homework.   

Do not bring siblings or guests to class without your instruction's prior approval.  Additional children in class could make the lesson unmanageable.

Missed Lessons

No refund will be given for missed lessons. If you are unable to attend your class you may request a make-up class.  Make-up classes must be attended during the same week as the originally missed class.  Contact your teacher to obtain dates, times and availability of parallel classes. 
 
Tuition

Harmony Road Music School offers the following payment options:
1 Electronic Funds Transfer (Auto withdraw from a bank account or credit card)
2.Payment for the entire semester (5% discount)
3.Monthly by Check (Requires a credit card on file)  

Each course has 20 lessons that will be taught during the semester. 

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.  If a student wishes to drop the class notification must be given before the end of  the month (if dropping in April notice must be given before the end of March).  Notice must be given to Matt or Slava Ericson at 801 698 8924.  Students not giving notice by the end of the month will be charged for the following month.  Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee.
